Return process
We’re sorry to hear that one (or more) of your key pieces didn’t quite meet your expectations. We hope your next find will be a perfect match!
At Mioáde, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as it meets our return conditions. To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@mioade.com to request a return label. The return costs are equal to the paid shipping costs and will be deducted from your refund. Gifts sent with the order must also be returned if the entire order is returned or the value of the remaining items falls below the gift value.
Once you receive the label, your package must be shipped back within 5 business days, as the label will expire after this period.
All items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged and with their labels still attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method. If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded. For all returns, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
