If your order includes a free gift as part of a promotion, the free item must also be returned if you decide to return your qualifying purchase.

If the free item is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Free gifts cannot be exchanged separately or returned for store credit.

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made via Mioáde’s webshop. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

• An order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation.
• Mioáde reserves the right to decline orders, for instance, in cases of stock issues or suspected misuse.
• Payment must be completed in advance via the payment methods provided on the webshop.

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Once shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.
• Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Mioáde is not responsible for errors in the address entered by the customer.

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the items meet the return conditions.
• Jewelry and worn items cannot be returned.
• Customer will be charged €4,95 for a return.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned items are received.
• Please not that gifts should be returned when the entire order will be returned.
